Shoulder To Shoulder Scholarship 奖ed to families that have multiple students concurrently enrolled at SHG. $1,000 for the second sibling and $2,000 for the third sibling, renewable. Fourth sibling waived.
Catholic Investment 奖 奖ed to families who pay tuition to a Springfield Catholic grade school $500 per sibling
Catholic Teacher 奖 奖ed to families who have a parent who is an active Catholic grade school employee participant in the Springfield Diocese retirement program $1,000 renewable, current four-year value $4,000
*Cyclone Investment 奖 奖ed to families that are making the ultimate sacrifice and based upon each family’s total income level 收入水平:

$50,000 - $74,999: $3,000
$75,000 - $99,999: $2,500
$100,000 - $124,999: $2,000
$125,000 - $149,999: $1,500

Payment Plan Reduction For families that choose to pay their tuition either annually or each semester will receive a discount $100 for Annual Plan if paid by 6/1
*$50 for Semester Plan if paid by 6/1 & 12/1
*Discount taken off 12/1 payment

*学生 can earn all the awards that apply to them. To receive the Cyclone Investment 奖, families must submit a 事实格兰特 & Aid online application.

学生 must maintain the following requirements to receive these awards:

  • The student’s grades are commensurate to his/her ability.
  • The student maintains good disciplinary standing.
  • The family meets scheduled tuition/fees payments.
  • The student fulfills the Service requirement of 20 hours of service each school year.

Student Investment

Sacred Heart-Griffin recognizes the sacrifice that all families are making to send their child to SHG. If a family has a need for additional financial assistance, they may submit those requests through the FACTS Grant and Aid online application. The amount of funds SHG has available for assistance varies. We will do our best to meet as much of the need as possible.

The Actual Cost Of Educating A Sacred Heart-Griffin Student

The actual cost of educating a student at SHG is anticipated to be $16,077.

The following is a breakdown as to how this expense “GAP” is closed:

  • Tuition paid or financial aid for each student

  • Catholic Schools Appeal
  • Dominican Sisters Annual Donation
  • Generous Benefactors
  • Interest from Endowment

Any amount paid above the stated tuition is considered a charitable gift for tax purposes. If you wish to pay a higher level than the stated tuition, these funds will be used to help cover the “GAP.”

Tuition expenses are established in the spring of each year.
